Coine is a cloud-based lending platform built for fintech startups and NBFCs to start fintech business in India

2. How long does it take to launch a Fintech app?

To get started, we can have you live in seven days. Creating a customized solution takes a certain amount of time and depends on several factors, including the business needs and challenges, and the scope of the project.

3. Do we need a licence to start a Fintech app?

Yes, if you are a fintech startup, you need to register your startup as LLP or PVT ltd and provide us with the business documents to verify. Apart from registration, you would also need a business association with an RBI registered NBFC

4. Do you provide NBFC assistance?

Yes, although we are a tech company, we do have associations with multiple NBFCs and we can connect you to all our partners based on your business model and value proposition.

5. Do we need a business plan?

As a fellow startup, we understand the pain points of technology development. You don’t need to worry about detailed documentation. You can start with a simple idea and our technical experts will assist you from finalizing the requirements to publishing the app in the Play store.

6. How does the process work?

You can get started by signing up, provide contact details and our experts will reach out to you at the earliest. Our robust and highly flexible Loan Management System provides your fintech idea with the infrastructure for the complete lending cycle. Right from booking a loan, credit automation rule engines, managing disbursements, and collections.

7. Is your solution white labelled?

This is a white-label solution and it is cloud-based. From setting up an AWS account to publishing the app to the play store, we help you set up the entire system.

8. Can the app's UI/UX be customized?

Absolutely, the default app layout can be customized with your logo, brand colours and app icon. If you need a complete changeover for UX, our designers will get on the job as per your instructions. Terms and conditions are applicable

9. How about post sale support ?

As long as you are subscribed to our service, we do provide dedicated support on weekdays. A relationship manager will be assigned for you to manage support tickets and other enquiries
